Suitable from 45 to 75cm (from birth up to approx. 12 months) this lightweight car seat is very easy to carry to and from the car because of it's low weight (3.2kgs) but still comfortable and safe for your little one due to the newborn inlay with headrest cushion.

Installation:

The Maxi-Cosi CabrioFix i-Size will fit most cars with a 3-point seatbelt, so no need to worry if you travel in different cars. This comfortable baby car seat can either be installed using a seat belt or with isofix using the CabrioFix Base (sold separately) or the FamilyFix3 isofix base (combination has not been tested by ADAC).

Safety:

The i-Size compliant seat ensures safe rearward facing travelling, providing extra protection for baby’s head and neck. The newborn inlay keeps the head of your baby safe and comfortable. In addition, the CabrioFix has Side Impact Protection for additional protection. This means the CabrioFix contains improved impact-absorbing material, which absorbs even more force from an impact, in case of an accident. ADAC rated it "very good" for safety when installed with the seatbelt or with the CabrioFix Base.
